Random class picker for World of Warcraft: Forever
This independent fan tool suggests a character by choosing a faction, a race, and a class from its configured combination list. Use the result as inspiration, not a recommendation of the strongest build or a guarantee that the combination exists on your realm.
Choose a playstyle before a character
Start by deciding whether you prefer close combat, ranged spells, a pet companion, or supporting allies. If you play with friends, agree on a faction and discuss the roles you enjoy before committing. A random result is useful when it helps you discover what you like or dislike about a choice.
- Warrior emphasizes weapons and close-range combat; Rogue adds stealth and timing.
- Mage emphasizes ranged spellcasting; Warlock combines dark magic with a summoned companion.
- Hunter pairs ranged attacks with a beast companion.
- Paladin, Priest, and Shaman offer different support fantasies: holy armor, healing or shadow, and elemental totems.
- Druid centers on shapeshifting and different role identities.
These are broad class identities rather than server-specific build advice. Role availability and balance depend on your ruleset. The interactive page includes a fuller class comparison and the race/class reference used by the picker.
What this tool's ruleset means
The configured list includes Skyborne and additional race/class combinations. It is not a live game database or a verified release announcement. Check your realm's character creation options before making plans around a result. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment.
FAQ
How are results selected?
The picker starts with an equal-chance faction draw, but prevents a third consecutive result for the same faction. It then picks a race uniformly within that faction and a class uniformly within that race's list. This does not give every class or combination equal overall odds.
Can I use the generated names in game?
Names combine a race-themed first name with a race- or class-themed surname. They are role-playing suggestions, not checked or reserved character names. Spaces, punctuation, and length may not meet your realm's rules; consider using only the first name and keeping the surname for a biography.
Are my results saved?
Rolls and names are generated in your browser. There are no accounts or saved results; reloading clears the current character.
