Can't decide what to play when World of Warcraft: Forever launches? This class picker randomly chooses a faction, a race from that faction and a class that race can actually play. Then it generates a name that fits your new hero.

New races and class combos in WoW: Forever

Forever adds the Skyborne, a new race from Zephras Isle that can join either side: the High Order Skyborne for the Alliance (who can be Mages) and the Windshaper Skyborne for the Horde (who can be Shamans). It also opens up race and class combinations that never existed in Classic: Human Hunter, Dwarf Shaman, Gnome Priest, Orc Mage, Undead Paladin and Troll Warlock.

Is every result a valid character?

Yes. The randomizer only picks classes the chosen race can play, based on the BlizzCon 2026 and beta information.

Is it truly random?

Mostly. Each faction has an equal chance, but the same faction won't come up more than twice in a row.

Can I use the generated names in game?

Go for it, but popular names may already be taken on your realm, so have a second option ready.
